125 – The number of Black youth that have been killed in Toronto at the hands of other Black youth since 1996.

2 – The number of times that Black youth are more likely than white youth to be detained and also denied bail on drug-trafficking offenses.

1 – The number of Africentric schools to be created by the Toronto District School Board as of January 2008.
32 – percent. The unemployment rate for Black youth in Toronto.
45 –The percentage of Toronto’s Black community that live below the poverty line.
